I am very big on restaurant scores 90 and higher, so after the evaluation of this place we went to celebrate a family birthday. the chef was very entertaining. the children had really fun. the food was good and the mixed drinks were also. I would definitely recommend this place for an evening for hibachi. I give them 5 stars. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Volcano Steak Sushi:
Volcano has been here for years. It's never too busy and has an extensive sushi menu that has always been excellent! The hibachi service is excellent and loud. You are guaranteed to smile! Over time we have noticed hibachi meals to go or just dine at a regular table is inconsistent. The front bar that used to be beautiful has now turned into a to go station but that's because times have changed unfortunately. View all feedback.
