jus ordered and the first girl on the loudspeaker never reacted to us after we asked what we wanted, we waited a good 3 minutes then pressed the taste again only to be another girl extremely rude, but at the same time there was still the first girl on the call somehow as if she didn't click out, but if that's the case, why did they not react to us again while we waited 3 minutes ago. better training and thanks?
