I've always loved Monta. For sure one of my favorite Ramen restaurants. This time I had the Spicy Tonkotsu and the whole balance is just perfect.
I really enjoyed the tonkatsu ramen--the soup was perfectly flavored and textured, the noodles spot on and the pork belly perfectly tender.
