Ordered from out of state for 60th birthday delivery in Carrollton. From my end, I had a hiccup with delivery date. Call center communicating was easy for postponement of the order. Delivery was timely. The greeting was an actual Tiff card. Not a printed piece of paper. Received picture of delivery via email. Cookies were warm.
