Would like to thank you for ruining our Christmas Day. Our first spent with our new nephew. Your service was terrible as were your unprofessional staff. But if they have the owners to look upto this isn’t a surprise. Not only did you not apologise for your shocking service but you refused to refund the money we were owed. Worse food iv ever tasted would never go back for food but the bar maid was fab
Went to watch the football on TV and stayed for the evening entertainment which was excellent. Staff are attentive and friendly. Will definitely go back.
