salitrese is located in the caleta, adeje coast, and specializes in fish, rice and seafood. What User doesn't like about Salitre:
one of lime and one of sand. the salmon strip was very good with that reduction of teriyaki and orange, however, the rice was not expected, does not honor its name, umami meloso. taste was normal, nothing special beyond its green color.
