The thing is that it wasn’t really good bruschetta was just a slice of toasted bread with melted cheese and few bits of tomatoes. With the main course you know when you have an old tomato that needs to be eaten so you cook some pasta, add that tomato and add some clams that you got on offer (as most of them are empty) and forget to add any salt or any other spices-that what it tasted like.
