Had a wonderful experience at 1738 Casey's in Adel on October 17th,2022. I ordered pizzas 3 hours ahead of time. Got to the store right as they pulled them out (note: time requested). Had a few other items on the counter for the register that was workin. She was so patient and kind with me as I went to grab my pipping hot delicious pizzas. What Taylor Flanery doesn't like about Casey's:
Ordered food on the app. They charged my account for the food. Then refused to give us food and also didn't give us our money back. Out $30 and they won't answer the phone either to get this fixed. Will have to go in and hope for better customer service than we've had so far. If you want food, choose literally any other option in town guys! View all feedback.
