"We held our 40th school reunion at the Treasury 1960 and had a fantastic night. We had a private function for 28 people and the venue was just perfect for this occasion. The manager, Anna, was accommodating, efficient and professional. She made sure that everything ran smoothly and ensured that the vegan in our group was catered for. Anna helped set up a presentation screen and a memorabilia table which added to the success of our evening. All of the staff were lovely and service was great. The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous, with a beautiful ambiance and the food was delicious. My steak was amazing and the sides were so fabulous. The duck fat potatoes were particularly scrumptious. I would definitely recommend The Treasury 1860 for any event and I will most certainly return again."

"First time at this pub, we attended a Seinfeld trivia night. The event was well organised and Darren the host was excellent. He made it feel like we were amongst friends not strangers. The pub itself has that old school city pub feel but the facility itself is modern and fresh whilst still maintaining its original charm. Our meals were a good size, they were fresh, tasty and reasonably priced. Could not fault them at all. We were surprised at how fast the meal was served as it was very busy. The staff were friendly, helpful and had good energy. The only negative was that alcohol is little expensive however it’s probably on par with most city location's? While it’s quite a distance from us to become our regular, would definitely return again for future events. Thanks for a great night."

"I have been meaning to put this review now for awhile and just had not had the time to bother to do it. But it affected me so much and I had to tell the story of my foodie experience at this restaurant. So I went to this place a couple of years ago to celebrate my graduation. I know it has been two years but till today I still have not gotten over this place. I had the lobster ravioli. After a couple of hours when I got home I immediately fell sick and had the worse diarrhoea I have had in my life. I actually fainted and took me many hours to feel slightly better. I could not believe how bad the reaction was. I was so sick. After paying about $250 for our meal, I was not only sick in my stomach but out of pocket one of the most expensive meals I have had at that time. I have not been back to that restaurant and will not be going back. It was awful."

"A very hipster restaurant with exposed bricks, and almost steampunk style lights. But, the food was not great. <br>

Quails were plain, could have used either more marinade, or cooked over charcoals for a smokier flavour. The specialty wagyu beef pho was a relatively small serving compared to other restaurants serving pho, and the wagyu beef did not add or make this dish anymore special. <br>
<br>
However, the springs rolls were great. The filling being actually meaty without overusing filler such as cabbage or noodles that other restaurants use to cut cost.<br>

When we paid, the owner said they would be working on tweaking their dishes, so maybe they'll improve. But for now, there are better pho places around, so I wouldn't recommend this place."
