"I’m going to sound like a w*nker for saying this, but I expected V Spot to be more like a restaurant than a takeaway. We rang up and booked, although I don’t think we needed to on this occasion. From the decent-sized menu my companion chose the chicken Hawaiian and we agreed on the Italian, and split a family size pizza between the two varieties. It was pretty good, with commercial vegan meats and cheese, and cut into small squares rather than slices, making it easier to eat. At $27 for a family-size meat pizza with $1.50 for the split, it was reasonable and in keeping with other pizza restaurants I’ve been to, which have large (smaller than family) pizzas in the low $20s. The ambience was lacking a bit though. There were also a few packaged vegan food products on sale, including some big-brand ice creams (of which we did buy one). This business is up for sale, so support it if you want the new owners to keep it vegan."

"We dropped in lodge on Thursday night. it was easy to book online and we could even order our food and drinks directly from the table via our mobile phones. we ordered the halloumi fries, veggies sticky pig bell. the black bell was amazing and the rest was really good. the only problem that we had was when we asked the waitress not to delete our table (we only dig out on a fast zigarette.) that was all in order, but when we came back to our eating was clear, and other people had already set up on our stand - that was annoying because we were only finished half our meal times and there were many others so much free! they have reimbursed us a meal to give one dessert. the desserts were beautiful. simple toy up, but still quite annoying. I think we're gonna go back because it was pretty good to eat, and the waitress was nice to us, even if she got up. shit happens, I think lol"

"Great food, had the Laksa that was delicious. However, the additional costs for shrimp and chicken is not worth it, my chicken was grizzly so not eaten, but laska was beautiful. without them. Knödel very nice . Will return."

"Perfect spot to hang out with friends on a Friday Saturday night or a weekend afternoon. Delicious fried chicken paired with a nice cocktail or whiskey or cold beer what more can you ask for. Great service .. good music. Really I have nothing bad to say !"

"Lovely spot. Food was packed full of flavours and spices, exactly what you would want to expect. A little light on the lamb mince in my cabbage rolls. Food came out quick for lunch. The pita breads are fluffy and delicious (I’m told as I can’t eat them). The chai latte was creamy and spot on. Most importantly the coffee was smooth and strong. Service was good. Will be back to try the chicken skewers and perhaps a gluten free pizza."

"I had this establishment in my sights for one reason, the cigars. I got there and they unveiled a small cabinet of offerings. The selection was ok and my selection went down just fine, however the actual offering was 10 fold. It took me buying one to smoke with some of their fine whiskey before returning for round two to be shown the larger cabinet, could be a sales tactic, could also be part of the experience. I went on to indulge in a further cigar that was from the second offering that made me purchase 3 great cigars for home. If you are heading here for cigars like me find not too much in the way of information on what to expect then I have two tips, ask them to show you both cabinets right away, and make sure to take some of these offerings home like a good little pirate. I will be back."
