"Ordered a buffalo chicken hoagie, and they made it with Beef instead by mistake. When I called, they said well I made that, and I know that 's chicken ...like, I 'm not calling you a liar lady, maybe it was just a mistake. but what is in front of me, is a buffalo cheese steak. who am I going to believe, you or my lying eyes? fries are also soggy to be fare, they did offer to come trade it, but that 's 30min of driving to have them fix their mistake."

She ordered turkey with dressing and was given a plate with at least 10 oz of gravy on it. We were instantly appalled by the sight of the plate instead of brown gravy. She was served something that was bright yellow all over her plate. Upon tasting it, she knew it was unedible.
