I've eaten at my share Mexican Restaurants in my time, and I've seen good ones as well as bad ones. THIS restaurant, however, is by far the absolute BEST mexican restaurant I have ever had the pleasure to eat at. The food is all made from scratch, and that fact is obvious when you try anything on their menu. A person can really tell that someone has put their love into each item to show the true flavors of their outstanding family recipes. To top it all off the service is wonderful, and the prices are unbelievably low. If you and a date spend $20 in there you are going to have leftovers as the portions are overly generous. I've eaten mexican food in southern Texas and New Mexico and it was really good, but Sunnyside is the best. Hands down. You owe it to yourself to try the place out.

I have eaten Mexican food in the south texass and new mexico and it was really good, but sunnyside is the best. you owe it to yourself to try the place.
