This was a fantastic discovery in Val Tidone. The restaurant re-opened last year and it really has Michelin-Star-Potential with the two young Chefs and their team. Taking highest quality ingredients, we found a modern interpretation of classic Italian dishes with interesting combinations and a firework of tastes in one: take a traditional Roman „Cacio e Pepe“ and mix it with raw Sicilian Gamberi Rossi, for instance....
