We were on a hiking tour and got rained out of one of our hikes, so our guide organized an afternoon of pasta making here and we really enjoyed it! There were 11 of us and the chef did a good job getting us to work together so we could all contribute. We made fresh ravioli with amazing local cheese filling and fresh tomato sauce.
