Some people seem to have never made or tasted real Italian pizza. The pizzas we have in Greece, of this kind, are simply unacceptable. Call them doughnuts with sausages and cheese etc. And no, pizza is not about making a dough as it is and putting whatever ingredients we want, as much as we want and whatever comes out...
