Palmas Café - Aguadilla

Great find!!! Food was out of this world!! All three of us had pasta dishes and they were absolutely amazing!!! Will for sure come back tomorrow!!!

The food was delicious. We had the Italian ragout, breaded pork chop, Cajun chicken soup, and the jalapeño dip. The pork was tender and juicy. The dip was flavorful and tasty. The service was good. The ambiance said local establishment. We would definitely come back again.

We had dinner here a few nights ago, and enjoyed our drinks, our dessert and the service most of all. For drinks we had a watermelon lime cocktail and a ginger lime cocktail, and both were great flavorful and balanced. We also had the jalapeno cheese dip appetizer which was very tasty! For dinner, I had the grouper over mashed potatoes with a side of grilled veggies. The fish was not fresh my guess is it was frozen, thawed and sauteed, resulting in a mushy/very soft texture and limp appearance. Potatoes were ok, a little bland; grilled veggies were fine, but I would have preferred them even more grilled with char marks. My husband had the breaded pork chop with local rice, and Israeli salad which was cucumbers and tomatoes. The chop had a sweet onion sauce on it that he didn't care for, but everything else was good. We also had desserts ginger flan and guava cheesecake both were excellent, and I would visit again just for dessert! Our server was excellent attentive, friendly, efficient, and when we provided feedback on the meal, she was gracious and let us know in the future we can ask for different sauces to suit our preferences. We easily found parking in the lot just in front of the restaurant, and even though the restaurant was busy upon arrival, we were offered seats at the bar while we waited, and within 5 min we had a table. I included a pic of the menu to show the impressive diversity of entrées. Definitely lots of options, and the most veggie dishes of any restaurant we visited in 5 days in the area. I think this is a good place for a group with diners who have diverse tastes and/or food preferences, as it feels like there's definitely something for everyone.

Came here on a recommendation and glad we did. The fish dishes were well prepared as was the churasco but my friend raved about his pork chop. Service was friendly and efficient and prices were fair

Great little restaurant with a very friendly vibe. We've eaten here several times and the food is delicious and fresh every time. The menu changes daily but is very flexible if you want to swap out sauces on the item you order. They were even able to do a custom pasta for my slightly picky child. If you come on a Wednesday night be prepared to wait for a table as they run specials, other nights it gets busy around the six o'clock hour but we've never had too long of a wait.
