great lunch in aguas calientes after the tour machu picchu all morning! Thank you. happy cow! had the quinoa suppe to begin (it is huge and full of sweet, so good to share) and vegan saltado (mushrooms, vegetables, over brown rice in a light sauce). all amazing. bonus points because water was in glass. The food tasted good, but there were not so many vegan options available. For the burger the restaurant had no vegan bread available, there was also no vegan cheese for the lasagna. Other than that, the interior of the restaurant is really sweet and the food we tried was good. Prices here are quite high, but Aguas Calientes is just a city for tourists, making them a reasonable compared to other places in the area. View all feedback.
