"We went here after a local recommended that we not go to the other restaurant in town. O Raiano was large and crowded at lunchtime with a lot of happy diners. Standard Portuguese menu. We had bean soup and salad for starters, then veal scallop with egg and a boar stew for lunch. Seemed to be a good reliable choice."

"We ate here twice, first time the waitress forgot to order our meal. Second time a very limited night menu and the staff hadn't got a clue, I felt sorry for the chef as he was left to do everything including taking the money! Bizarre!!!"

"This is an update to my previous reviews. ZdP retains its status as the best place to dine in Idanha. Great food and a plush restaurant interior and an unmatched wine list. Now there is a 3 course set lunch for €8.50 which is a bargain. Well done. Really nice staff and a chef who takes pride in what he is doing."

"Come here for a drink only and enjoy the view which is fantastic. Other than that, the food is terrible. Price are expensive for Portugal. Although waiters are kind, it is very long to get served and all of this for a disappointing experience. Most of the food looks frozen.
