I ordered the mussels tapa I received 4 medium mussels, no fork, no water, no bread! I feel ripped off!

The place is very nice, modernist decoration. a good place to take eagle caps, especially the chrome of bull rabbi.
The good food, as always, but a service williiiiiiiiisimooooooo.
