"New owners..new name? I rarely have Indian food when i am out of the UK, but we gave this a try, and so glad we did. The restaurant has a very nice decor, with cloth napkins and tablecloths. Service is very friendly, and helpful. Everything is reasonably priced, i would not say it is cheap, but the quality of the food, the generous portions, and the service and surroundings make it good value. For mains, I asked for a Chicken Chilli, with extra fresh chilli. When asking for this at similar establishments in the past...they just stick some extra chilli powder in the meal. Not so here. Plenty of fresh chilli in the meal, and a little dish with extra in, on the table. Nice touch. My wife had Chicken Khumb, which she said was very tasty, and quite mild. My meal was fiery hot and was delicious. Washed down with lots of cold beer, and a glass of wine, 2 chapatis and a shared starter, the total bill for 2 was a very reasonable 45 euros. Probably the best Indian food i have had outside of the UK...and it would push a lot of those close. Great evening."
