Great food, decent ambiance. We tried Sankalp in the heart of gujju land and were bowled over by the authenticity of the south indian cuisine. So while idli dosas are kind of obvious and we went for masala idli and a dosa platter, it was the korma and malabari parotta that totally surprised us.
