My family and I were in Columbus Junction visiting and our friends suggested we eat at Top Shelf. The service and food were great. I am from Phoenix so I was pleasantly surprised with the restaurant. This looked like a nice place . But the waitress did not have a personality at all.. and when I opened the menu I was shocked with the prices...
