Lovely remodeled restaurant overlooking Kootenay Lake and the hot springs Had a table by the window. Excellent service despite a slow kitchen. We were out for a leisurely served meal so all was well with us.A drink, beet and goat cheese brioche, and a setting sun. Ahhh! Shared the short rib stroganoff which was more than we could eat. Went there for lunch on Sunday, had fish and chips very good, others had burgers, BUT 4 tables left to catch a bus, the wait staff started to clean off the tables she wiped the top of the tables with a cloth then wiped the seat with the same cloth...then went to the next table wiped the table with the same cloth she wiped the seats with...it shocked us and lost our appetite, no spray nothing, how sanitary is that?
