Arby's - Airdrie

First time trying the roastbeef cheddar burger from Arbys. My thoughts on that: I am not a fan. When I eat the burger, I mostly taste the cheddar and ketchup. The meat itself has no flavour to be honest. I have to try it on its own to have a slight beef flavour. But the bun is good, not dry. It is a good bun. But in overall, I would not recommend this burger. It also lacks some veggies, I think. The price is $6.99 for a simple burger, &7.99 for the double. The service is fast. Nothing to say about this. I was given the wrong food (and the part of my order that was actually correct was inedible , I complained on their website and when contacted by the restaurant nothing was done . They just said it would be used as a ‘training opportunity’. This is incredibly disappointing as the Arby’s website says they will ‘make it right’. Well, they didn’t. Apparently customer complaints are just reduced to a training opportunity. I definitely will never eat there again. edit don’t bother responding to their contact request they do nothing. I got the spicy chicken burger and it was the worst mistake I made in my life. It was barely edible and extremely dry. Destroyed my stomach and I cannot stop feeling nauseous. Probably gave me diarrhea too. Food: 1
