Stopped for breakfast on our way through to Banff. Service was friendly and efficient- exactly what you expect from any Tim's.

"Knowledgeable staff, can make burgers on gluten free buns. Care bakery buns are awesome! They said they have a dedicated dryer. I wish their gravy was gf. Also wish they had more gf breakfast options, there was only one thing I could order at brunch, the breakfast sandwich with gf care bun substitute. It would be so great if they could have gf waffles!"

"I had extremely high hopes for this place, being originally from Montreal. Don 't get me wrong, this place has good food and food you can 't get anywhere else. I 've had the smoked meat sandwich and it was OK. I 've had the burger and it was good, but messy. Not enough bun IMHO. I tried the Montreal sub and it was good, but my old stomach just can 't handle the grease anymore. But what I was really hoping for was two key things. Steamies and fresh cut fries. They have fries, but they don 't seem fresh cut, they seem made from frozen. But they don 't have steamies (Montreal-style hot dogs) at all. Maybe some day. The bakery case was chock full of goodies. But I 'm still waiting for access to deux steamies, all dressed ."

"Our family was very excited to try this truly Italian restaurant. upon entering, youarehit with amazing smells and a glimpse of the energetic ambience happening on the kitchen side of the restaurant. we were greeted by a prickly hostess who was all business. she was almost annoyed when we mentioned more more guest would be joking our reservation of 5. we were immediately taken to the right side of the restaurant through what looked like an unfinished store front and back kitchen area. our table was located in a back room that was lacking in character and charm. we explained to our server another guest would be joining us soon. Our menus were plopped in front of us and we waited a healthy amount of time before we were asked about drinks to start while waiting.When the rest of our party arrived, she entered to find no one at front so she took it upon herself to locate us. The little hostess then proceeded to chew her out telling her she couldn't walk into the place thinking she owned it. once our party was ready, we ordered drinks, an appie and thank goodness we ordered our entrees as they didn't arrive at the table almost two hours later. And the food was okay. Nothing fantastic, just okay. Our server was a pleasure and she was the bright spot of the evening even though she seemed to be MIA when the food was was ggrowing way past acceptable. Not her fault, but she still should have checked in on us. Sorry Ferraro- we won't be back. it was a very expensive one and done experience."
