Great location within walking distance of our hotel, Canadian Tire and the Superstore. Easy off and off Hwy 2 and close to the airport and Stony Trail and where we needed to be. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Tim Horton's Restaurant:
Very unorganized orders take longer then usually double check your bill and order because EVERY time (now our last time) the order is wrong. Coffee cold too there is no point in getting coffee if it is cold. We now enjoy the east lake Tim Hortons instead of better yet Macdonald coffee. View all feedback.
Easily the worst Tim Hortons I 've ever been to. Food always take forever, and is absolutely terrible. Today I received a 'loaded ' wrap that was simply 1 piece of chicken, 1 piece of wilted lettuce, and sauce. If you don 't have the ingredients to make the item, don 't allow customers to order it. Won 't be returning to this location.
The staff talk so loudly, almost like shouting at each other and it's so annoying. Sadly, most of them are my people and it's embarrassing how insensitive they are knowing that there are customers trying to have a nice and peaceful stay at the place. How disappointing. I could tell everyone at that time looked so annoyed too. Some couldn't stand the noise and just got out of the place. Terrible.
I live in the area but rarely visit this Tim Hortons because they always make mistakes. On July 13, I decided to stop by and ordered a drink and a muffin, using a coupon and paying through the app. The cashier claimed that the payment didn't go through, despite me showing proof from my bank. After 30 minutes of trying to reason with her, I ended up paying twice just to get my order and leave. I requested a receipt and completed a survey mentioned on it, but never received any follow-up. I felt like they believed I would just let it go, but I couldn't ignore being double-charged and accused of something I didn't do. It's not about the money, but about how customers are treated. The parking lot is shared with other businesses.
The food was decent, but the sandwich was missing the new bacon. The coffee was lukewarm at best. The strong cleaning chemical they were using burned my sinuses. The front desk staff laughed without helping us with the technology.
The restaurant plays music at a very loud volume and the staff were more focused on chatting among themselves than serving customers. It is best to avoid this place. After being ignored for 5 minutes, I decided to leave. This Tim Hortons is on track to go out of business.
