What User likes about Capitol Cafe:
My niece and nephews really liked their pizza. We had them on the speed dial. Delivery was prompt and the pizza fresh with a variety of toppings to choose from. When I stopped by for lunch I tried a shrimp (creveti) dish. The portion was small, the shrimp just ok, satisfied my cravings but nothing to rave about. I ordered 4 soups and a chicken soup. Red chicken, rotten beef. Soups filled with liquid cream to not feel the taste. You couldn't tell if it was bean soup or beef soup. Even the lemonade ruined it. From my point of view, this must be checked from the point of view of consumer protection. Terrible!!! View all feedback.
