We were hoping for this to be an authentic Japanese cuisine experience having travelled Japan extensively, and eaten a lot of good Japanese food at home but chided ourselves for not knowing better. The ambience is novel at best, but not at all Japanese-like given it is set in a basement-like cave with no reception. The miso soup was a huge bowl but diluted and with little seaweed.
