this was a random lunch before they went to the napoleon house museum (natural as they do) and we found it delicious and comfortable. the crunch of my tradition...

The amount of beer at this little English-y pub on Foveaux Street is monumental.

Thank god for some real beer! It's been almost 3 weeks that I have been forced to drink watery beer since I have been in New Zealand and Australia.

"Good selection of options throughout the Asian range with vegetarian options that can be vegan, except the Burnt Butter Cauliflower. We sat outside, which is quite beautiful, allies of restaurants in Crows Nest are set up for it. The interior seats are available at some tables and some benches. Good food, we enjoyed the dishes, the Tamarind Curry had a very nice taste, creamy with a hint of sour. The mushrooms stir fry was also very nice. Spring rolls and dumplings were good. "Really nice cafe and bar with friendly staff and lots of dogs. The coffee wasn't bad although had a rather unusual flavour but the food really stood out. Fairly standard breakfast fare but with twists like lots of sambal and hash and my bowl had a whole potato and half an avocado."
