We stumbled on this restaurant on a Sunday night when few restaurants were open. The owner is the chef, she serves the food and there are only a small number of tables. The place looked nice so we stepped in. There was one young boy serving the diners. He was dressed in shorts and t shirt and certainly didn't look presentable as a waiter.
