before returning to Normandy, we made a stopover at Ajaccio and discovered the Hermine nestled in a quiet street above the port. we enjoyed the pleasant terrace and were able to enjoy the delicious Breton pancakes and pancakes! It wasn't the most hearty meal in my opinion, I didn't find the classics of a crêperie, in any case for the salt but prices stay affordable though sometimes a little expensive in view of the ingredients required View all feedback.
A team at the top of kindness and excellent pancakes. this cocktail helps to make the place a stop of pleasure in ajaccio. we feel good, the welcome and smiles of this team are exceptional.
A Breton crêperie and a real, delicious and welcoming to change for a moment and relieve you of meals too loaded with Corsican cuisine. Several fresh rooms or the pleasant sunny terrace protected by large parasols await you to taste excellent authentic and very accessible pancakes and pancakes that will delight small and large. We'll be back and thank you for the welcome.
Very good crepes and pancakes with very pleasant service A delight !!!
In mid-September on a Mediterranean cruise we called at Ajaccio and were looking for lunch away from the crowded areas. In a quiet little side street we found this small restaurant with a few tables outside. Our French is sadly lacking and the waiter’s English was little better, but we managed to order delicious Camembert-filled crepes, and some quite strong cider served in traditional decorated ceramic beakers. If you fancy something a bit different, this place is well worth a visit.
For the first time, we found a very good welcome, and the pancakes are delicious.
