I've come to the conclusion that Corscia has its own unique style regarding service once seated you are left alone for quite a while wondering what to do next (happens in all restaurants). we ate the thun fish steak with virgin sauce and snuggle with corsen sauce, both were great. the staff is so friendly and covered, we felt really good there.
