Le 31/03/2017 la boutique etait fermée à 19h45 sans aucune information . Nous en concluons que le patron etait parti à la peche ......ou au tennis !

"We could walk to this restaurant from our hotel and after a bit of a mix up (our hotel had booked an outside table but we were shown to an inside one) we sat with a lovely view and had water and our wine served...reasonably promptly. We did however have to ask for the menu and were missed out when little welcoming snacks were distributed, similarly we had to ask for the dessert menu. Not important but we did feel these represented the slightly offhand and disordered service but not unusual in Corsica we found. The starters were good, I had a very generous and tasty vegetable salad and my husband some kind of fish croquettes and asparagus, both beautifully presented. My main of drumfish was all right, although lacked a bit of flavour, mash was plain and the fish lacked seasoning, and husband’s veal was similarly all right but certainly didn’t wow. Having read high praise for the desserts we chose a citrus flan and raspberry tart and were really looking forward to these. However they were the most disappointing part of the meal. They were dry, seemed like leftovers from a pastry shop with none of the gorgeous french patisserie flavours and presentation you expect. What a let down. On leaving (we had to go to the counter to pay as couldn’t get anyone’s attention) we weren’t asked if we enjoyed our meal (nor asked if anything wrong when the dessert plates were cleared) and that really summed up the experience. Average food and an offhand service."

"We have dinner in this beautiful restaurant with my husband during our holidays and we loved it! The setting is beautiful, the warm atmosphere and the very nice welcome. Being the same restaurateurs we can only congratulate the chef and the whole team of Santana because we spent a very pleasant time around a refined and quality cuisine. Bravo!"
