"Chukka Soba 中華そば (Ramen Noodles with Pork Slices) Ramen Egg. This ramen chain has more outlets in Tohoku area and Akita is where the first shop started. Serving soy sauce based ramen, their dark broth may just be too salty for some. Special mention to their noodles texture which was the same medium default texture from Ichiran and their ramen egg is soy sauced which adds flavour (yep no need to dip in salt/ shio). The pork slices are not the usual ramen char siu as it’s more of lean pork slices shaved out from a slicing machine. I prefer a Tonkotsu based broth but if you like a soy sauce based one, this is the ramen chain you are looking for."
