I was immediately impressed by the restaurant's cleanliness. The service was top-notch, and the food was excellent. I enjoyed the riblets, which were delicious and meaty. The boneless chicken wings with garlic parmesan sauce were also a hit. Overall, I would rate the experience a 9.8. Lindsay provided exceptional service, and I hope she continues to be part of the team. View all feedback.
What K S doesn't like about Applebee's Grill:
I ordered Kids meal.. Chicken Quesadilla, which was way better then mines. I also ordered a burger to go, which was really good my son says. I ordered the Chicken breast with Shrimp on it. It was burnt. The onions, mushrooms and chicken burned. I took two bites and out rest in to go box. I didn't send it back because I didn't want then to have to do it over... Onion rings were hard and dark brown from old grease. Steak was supposed to be medium well done and it was well done! Took forever for the food to come out and when it did come out it wasn't right! Service was good, but always had to flag the waitress down. Traffic was moderate with inside the restaurant. There weren't a lot of tables full or customers.
Placed a car side to go order at 3:53PM for a 4:50PM pickup. Arrived at 4:51PM to pick it up and waited for 14 minutes before the order came out. No mention of the wait time. I had to provide the name of the order and was asked if I had already paid despite the mobile website verifying my check-in with my vehicle make and color, as well as arrival time. The majority of the food did taste good, but the garlic green beans and the beer cheese dip weren't that great. Overall, no major complaints with the food, but the car side service has room for improvement.
Our service was impeccable! Gabby, our server is the only reason we will be back. The restaurant was full when we arrived and it appeared there was not enough staff to cover the number of patrons that were in the restaurant. We arrived at 9 pm on Thursday 3/16 for dinner. It took 35 minutes for our appraisers to arrive and 55 minutes for our entres. When we received our entres, they were cold and overcooked! Our server heard and understood our quality concerns. She provided a discount for the awful quality and apologized greatly for the poor quality. Gabby noted that there were many call offs for the night but still apologized for the quality, yet providing fantastic service. We will try again and hope they are not missing a great number of staff members.
The so-called chicken salad wrap is complete garbage, which I tossed in the trash. The contents include cheap shredded iceberg lettuce, a sprinkle of carrot shavings, and the equivalent of 1/2 of an overcooked chicken tender in Bite-size pieces. 9/26/22: The attached photos depict the filth on the payment device, which the waitress stated hasn't worked in months.

There was no introduction of the waitress..like what her name etc. The only good experience was the greeter being super sweet and my smoothie!! I'm never going back to this location (Arlington road) Applebee's was my favorite spot. Experience ruined.
