"I use to love this restaurant, however they closed their dinner room over a year ago at all locations and they still aren’t open. How can you have a restaurant and not be open for dine in. It’s pathetic. We use to go once or twice a week, but now we can’t; and whenever you call and ask they say “we don’t know” so please, when are you going to open up?!?!"

"Hyde Park. What to say about Hyde Park aside from that it is some of the best steak I have ever had. I don't get to go to Cleveland that often however when I do, I will purposely book my hotel close to this restaurant. For a great steak with decent prices and a wonderful happy hour I don't think I could recommend anything else. 10/10"

"This is the first time I have been since the moved to Main Street. The decor was top notch but that was unfortunately the best part of the experience. It was obvious that a lot of the staff was new and they had not learned to work together yet. My daughter had a pork chop, which was considerably undercooked. See photo. I had the Mac and cheese, which tasted good, but every so often on of the noodles would be very cold. It happens about 6 times. I have had good experiences i the past there, but I will have to take some time before I head back. I am hoping they will pull it together."
