Of all the Chinese restaurants in the area, this one has become my favorite. I eat here at least once a week. Authentic Uighur food. I recommend trying the Niangpi, it's a cold noodle dish that takes an incredible amount of preparation and skill to make and this restaurant has perfected it It is both a refreshing and fragrant flavored meal.
