"First time at the Valley and our choice of cafe was Dot Cafe. Decided to get some hot chocolate on a cold shivery Tuesday night and man...was it worth it! That cute gingerbread man cookie on the hot choc makes me happy. Great service, lovely ambience! Recommended! Get some desserts too, you won't be disappointed! Shoutout to Shabir, Mohammad, Ishtyhaq Hosain...Thank you so much for the wonderful service!"

"This mall has huge potential but the management is so sheepish they do not understand how a good renovation and remodeling with easy to move around network of corridors maintenance will triple their income. Maintenance is poor, facility management is poor, toilets are disgusting."

"Our deluxe room is pretty nice and spacious. Service has been good. However, the breakfast is not so good, no fresh juices or coffee, only sugary drinks and Nescafe. When I asked them whether I could have fresh juice and coffee, they said only through room service... shouldn't have paid to have breakfast included."
