"2 meat plate, chopped brisket and jalapeno sausage. Both good. Sides include rice beans, carrot salad, cole slaw. Slaw had apples and raisins, was a touch sweet. Thick BBQ sauce. Good portion size on all."

"When someone tells you their plates are huge BELIEVE THEM. I've taken so many people to eat here and I tell them to only order one thing and they never listen. This is by far one of my favorite places to eat in the RGV. The service is great. Marlen is always super attentive and quick. She's kind and fun as well so it's always a good experience. She always remembers me and my family (both immediate and extended) which makes me feel right at home! Food is always hot, fresh and delicious. The meat is great quality and the prices are really good. I uploaded pictures of the barillas burger and carne guisada plate. Both super delicious and I had enough left over for a whole other meal. 2 can eat one plate(but I'm not sharing"

"It has been a few years since I've visited a Schlotzsky's..and now I don't know why I waited so long to visit more. This restaurant is a newly opened location. Beautiful interior...great lighting...my sandwich was awesome. Being a big sandwich lover, this place doesn't disappoint. The bread is amazing. Will definitely return to try some of there other sandwiches very soon."
