"This restaurant is a vegan and healthy oasis in the Alamosa area. They offer a large menu with creative options, have a super friendly staff, a COVID-safe order window, a drive-thru option for convenience, and the owner is very accommodating to budget changes. They also use paper straws. I tried the peach green smoothie which was delicious. Just make sure to remind them you're vegan so they don't include honey.". Asked for a Detox Smoothie and received a disgusting ice water slushy. When we went to return it for an actual smoothie, we were met with attitude and resistance and denied a replacement, or refund. Whoever owns and operates this establishment might want to teach their employees a thing or two about customer service. Sadly, I’d like to encourage you to find a more respectable establishment.
