What TNT NTN doesn't like about Shell:
On July 18th 2020, we attempted to pump gas. Lights were on and we could see a worker inside. A customer tried the door but the worker had locked the door. But never said anything over the intercom. We tried our card at 2 different pumps. But didn't work. As did other people. So we left. Now we have TWO 85 dollar charges on our account!! Was this a scam or what? We are in total disbelief!
