"The food arrived cold at the table and at different times. My son was done eating by the time my food arrived. My chicken smash burger arrived cold. Delicious but cold and the bottom bun was soggy as it had been sitting for a while before arriving at the table. The waiters need to work together and help each other with tables that have more than two people so food doesn't sit on the pass getting cold. The ribs and wings were generous. Delicious. Pity about the temperature at arrival to the table. One of our kids ordered wings and a side of fries the wings arrived cold. Some hot spots which gave the impression they had been microwaved as there was no even heat distribution. The sweet potato fries are horrid. Taste raw in some parts and the texture and taste is completely off. Don't recommend them at all. The kids food was not standardized in presentation. Same meal but not the same fried chicken strips it's hard enough feeding toddlers and preschoolers without explaining why the other plate has much more chicken (also bigger pieces so the visual then suggests plating is not about weight). They advertise on their walls that they have free WiFi but do not actually want to give it to you when you ask apparently only one waitress has it and is hard to find. When she does come by, she wants to take your phone and put the WiFi password in herself. Also, of the rocomamas WiFi options available, including a guest one, you will be connected to the rocomamas WiFi 2.4 that is super slow, limited and/or won't connect. Any further attempts to speak to someone about WiFi will be met with avoidance of eye contact and fast walking by staff. This rocomamas gives a beer garden with kids vibe. Music is too loud more of a groove spot. Wouldn't hurt to turn down the music a smidge. There was a line when we arrived, restaurant was quite full. Also it is month end at the moment and it was a Saturday afternoon so, all places were pretty packed. Our waitress was very friendly and spoke both English and TshiVenda. That said, she was MIA a bit during our meal which is probably why our food came in waves and was cold. It's a bit hard hailing the staff when your waiter isn't around as some actively ignore you and others don't even look like staff because they are all wearing different uniforms. There is an air of not my table, not my problem. ...those random guys that take pics of you in the parking lot do come into the restaurant as well. Fortunately we had one come to our table who was polite and asked permission first before just snapping away. Saving grace was that the food was tasty. Consistency and teamwork would really make a big difference to the overall experience. Kid friendliness: Not kid friendly at all. Mostly for the bigger kids that can and will sit still. No play area. Dietary restrictions: Pork ribs and bacon served so definitely not halaal or kosher"

"I ordered online, then went to collect my order. I paid for the order inside the shop but was never told anything regarding my order, which l found strange. After waiting for more than twenty minutes, l went to enquire. I was very disappointed to find the order had been sitting there all along. They forgot to give me my drink, which l mentioned and the lady just gave me the drink, no apology. To say they were friendly, l will be lying. When l got home, there order missed a pack of chips, cutlery and sauces. I am really disappointed with the level of customer service l experienced. I was still planning to go for a sit down. But, after this, no thanks. I will try other establishments. Everyone just looked angry, l mean the staff"
