Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I’m looking for a real challenge next time! Everything else is always great at Red Robe.

I had the fish and chips, and it was quite good. The fish was a bit on the greasy side, but it had a great taste and was very crispy. The fries were excellent. However, the service was slow due to staff shortages.

We had an excellent experience at the restaurant! The burgers were fantastic, and our server, Taylor, was amazing. She was incredibly patient and made our birthday lunch special.

If I could give this place a -5 star rating, I absolutely would. The restaurant was not clean, and the staff seemed very careless. I was extremely disappointed, especially when my burger was served.

So far every Red Robin site was great!. Unfortunately, the Albany site is not one of them. We sat and no one came to our table for 20 minutes (you were not busy at all). The floors were sticky. They can say they haven't been cleaned for years. Costume services were under what I used to be with a Red Robin. Please change the lead for someone interested. You can say that she wasn't like the building was dirty.
