I recently placed a mobile order with Wendy's during my lunch break at work. I ordered a Dave's double without mayo or ketchup, with extra onions and pickles, and a side of fries without sea salt. The service at this restaurant was extremely poor and unprofessional. I will not be returning again, especially if I have children with me. I was very dissatisfied with my experience and believe the staff could benefit from customer service training. View all feedback.
