Most of the customers of the French Hot Bread Shop were very satisfied with the food, the average rating is 3.5.

Criminally bad! Pastries were stale, baked goods were terrible. Such a shame but it was the only thing open on a Sunday.
This small bread shop is an Albany institution. Great variety of bread products and friendly service. A local gem.

"Definitely the best café in Albany. The service and staff are excellent, atmosphere lovely, the location allows for easy parking.Food items, including breakfast, burgers, wraps, chips and vegetarian options are delicious.The coffee is good, chai in a pot is very good and the cakes are incredibly delicious!Serving sizes range from adequate to very generous depending on what you order, the menu is clear and adaptable.Meals and drinks come out fast even when the restaurant appears full or busy. You may need to wait for a table if full, but in my opinion, it is worth the wait.Highly recommended :"

"Great coffee and really nice apricot muffin. My friend enjoyed her savoury muffin served with butter and pickles. Gets noisy in the little rooms if other people are in there. Service could be more welcoming and friendly."
