"If you like mushrooms get on down to this understated family run restaurant near Corchia. I had a mixed starter. The freshness and crispness of the crostini was wonderfully complemented by the fluffy rich texture of the tasty souffle. For first plate I had a generous helping of nettle tagliolini with Spec and the local speciality of truffles. This is one of the local restaurant with permission to sell truffles. This was a visual and gastronomic delight. Absolutely wonderful blend of flavours. People travel to Manubiola for miles around for its truffle and wild boar dishes. I was not able to get to second plate though I would have loved to. Instead we moved onto desert. I had a a chestnut and nut semi-frozen desert in a bed of sharon fruit sauce. A thoroughly enjoyable finish to an amazing meal. I would definitely go back again."

"We had dinner here on a saturday night and were very lucky to be able to make a reservation. The restaurant was fully booked by the locals. Large families meet there for a joint dinner. The food was simple but good, as was the wine. Service was great. All this for a reasonable price. To be recommended !"

"This restaurant is on the main market (locals call it Merca ' street of BorgoTaro but is a little tough to find. It is at the far end and down a set of stairs into, what was at one time, a cantina. Once inside, the restaurant is very accommodating and pleasantly decorated. The food here is delicious. It is primarily local produce and the menu is made up of whatever the chef has bought that day. The pasta is always fresh and the local wine provides great refreshment. They also serve pizzas which are light and tasty. I would always recommend this restaurant. I 'll be back that 's for sure. "Despite visiting Levanto and the area for some years, we had never been here before. My cousins introduced us to it and I can never thank them enough. What can I say. What a location, what glorious food. The pappardelle al funghi delightful. My cousin and my other half had the pappardelle al cinghiale (wild boar). Lovely wine, lovely food, reasonably priced. A little gem."

"Me and my fiancee arrived at the place to enjoy dinner They sat us in the restaurant and here the nightmare began! For a long time nobody even treated us and did not receive a menu After that, no one came up to us, we asked for service several times, but all the waiters simply pretended not to see and continued not to treat. The ugliest moment was when people came after us and received service while we were still waiting. If you are tourists, do not approach the place !!!!"
