When ordering GF they asked if it was celiac and immediately took precautions. Grills were cleaned, the counters were wiped and the hands were washed/gloss. Friendly service and great tacos! View all feedback. What amanda96657 doesn't like about The Taco:
High cross contamination risk. Good for Gluten Free but NOT for CELIAC. I told them I have celiac and need my tacos Gluten free and then proceeded to watch her use her hands to start my tacos then flip the flour quesadillas with her hands and stick them into the onions and cilantro and proceed to make my tacos.
