What Alina Berger likes about Baskin-robbins:
I love the ice cream from here, especiall Rocky Road. They have a large variety of flavors, however major improvements could be made to variety of toppings and to customer service. There are only 3 4 toppings that I know of are available.....M&Ms, rainbow sprinkles, and nuts. They could really add more. How about adding the most basic topping of all chocolate chips? The order for the fat free frozen yogurt I placed in Door dash was made incorrectly, missing the brown bites. The worst part was finding a piece of hair after 2 bites killing my excitement and appetite. I called the store and had difficulty getting help due to the fact that they didn't speak English.
