My car had broken down and as I had lost my phone I wasn’t able to phone the AA. A lovely member of staff lent me her personal phone to use and let me also phone a family member. I kept her phone whilst waiting so I could get updates from AA. I can’t thank her enough for all her kindness. All the staff were friendly and helpful View all feedback.

What zimmer fanatics doesn't like about Bp:
Extremely disappointed. I searched the net to make sure this was a 24hr service clearly states it is. So I decided to get off the m54 while on route for work. I get to the station as I needed diesel and food for work. Once I filled my car with diesel I walked to the entrance and the door was locked.
