Contrary to some customers bad experience, I came here different times and ordered food at the counter without any issues. My fave is brisket sandwich, curly fries and ice tea, sometimes shake or different flavors of turnover. I love to sit down here and enjoy my meal as the huge glass window was overlooking the beautiful Sandia Mountain and the nice blue sky makes it even more relaxing. The meal I love is good it's... What Mariano Windler doesn't like about Arby's:
I paid over $5 for a order of mozzarella sticks and there was no mozzarella in them. completely outdowed I guess and the phone number on the reception is wrong looks like a phone number and no one answers the phone when they google the number. Sad.Food: 1/5 View all feedback.
Eat was disgusting! Sandwichedries were not freshly prepared. service was not so great employees not very rude helpful. I tried 20 times the same day they never called her. they don't waste their money time at this place. that is the worst arby’s I was at. Food: 1/5
Arby is always consistent, which is why I often return. service is good. I would recommend.12/1, returned and was told they ran out of rustbeef. I ruined my night.

I know Ive seen previous comments about this place but we’ve been here twice but had no issues. The brisket sandwich is definitely a winner, only thing we order everytime. Service time to get food was about 5-10min. Manager was awesome, checked on us and friendly.
Very, very slow service; manager and only one employee were working, both seemed to be at the end of their proverbial rope. After 45 minutes, I asked for my money back. That happened, but it took another 10 minutes. The manager was extremely rude, and I will not be back
